Saw this clip over on the blog Slice, and found it a very powerful illustration of the emptiness of the postmodern/emergent worldview that is so prevalent within churches these days. It's sad to say, but academia (high schools and colleges etc) have done a superb job at indoctrinating more and more people to a socially and morally liberal view of the world that bleeds over into their theological beliefs. This results in a belief system that says that truth is "relative" (which is actually an illogical impossibility) and that there "are no absolutes". Christians (or rather, the church) has become so spineless and timid that there are not many that are willing to adhere to the truth of moral absolutes for fear of being labeled "fundamentalist" or "narrow minded" or whatever the insult of the day is. Meanwhile, there is a world that is headed for eternity, as thousands/millions die daily and face eternity without Christ. This clip below from "E.R." is a good example of the bankruptcy of such "moral relativism" when it really counts.
This young man is autistic but has a photographic memory. He's been called the "human camera".....check this out. Amazing
Very funny how many people (like Barkely) love to throw around how "Christians aren't supposed to 'judge'"
whenever a believer points out something that is contradictory to God's word. But then, people like Barkely are the FIRST to do what they supposedly despise, and that is--they end up JUDGING christians for their beliefs. WOW! But that kind of judging is ok according to the Barkley mindset.
Perhaps it would help if people like Charles Barkely actually learned how to rightly divide the word of God and realize that Jesus was referring to "hypocritical judging". Many places in scripture we as Christians are admonished to "judge RIGHTLY" and THAT is according to GOD'S WORD----THE STANDARD. NOT our feelings or opinions, but GOD'S WORD. Is it really that hard to understand??
Watch the video below and I'll let Barkley speak then the video below is Pastor MacArthur (yet again) clarifying the issue for the 'unenlightened'...lol

This guy troubles me for a variety of reasons. Not JUST because he is a Mormon (which doesn't help). But Romney has always struck me as phony, plastic, and disingenous. He comes across as very "loose" with the facts on several occasions. Watch the video below as his [press secreatary attempts to defend these half truths and lies.
And Romney at it again regarding the beliefs of his "church"...either he's ignorant of what he believes (which is doubtful considering he is a former BISHOP in the mormon church/doctrine) OR he is being disingenous (yet again) in hopes that those who don't know better will not check the facts:One more word on the current political landscape as "super tuesday" approaches.....while there certainly are NO perfect candidates in ANY election, below is a brief synopsis why i very well may sit this one out--given the current roster of candidates on BOTH sides. I found the link below over at IndependentConservative's blog. He sums it up pretty well about all of the current choices (and has some related background postings on some that are very enlightening and informing). I'm just not impressed--there are no statesmen left. And say what you will, I'm just finding it difficult to be a supporter of "just voting for voting's sake"...scripture says that we are to pray for WHOEVER is in office. And THAT i can do without necessarily offering my support or endorsement of any of this crew--democratic or republican.

The new 'aggressiveness of atheism'.....
Sadly, this is the type of syrupy, saccharine, "filler" junkfood that passes for PREACHING in many of today's churches.
